Bob Lewis, President & CEO of Closet & Storage Concepts / More Space Place, founded the company in 1987 in the Philadelphia / Southern New Jersey area. We design, manufacture, and install a wide variety of custom closet, Murphy wall bed, garage, laundry room, pantry, home office and other space-saving home furnishing products. In 2000, Closet & Storage Concepts began offering franchise opportunities in the United States and Canada. In 2013 the company acquired the More Space Place franchise system. The privately held company has 43 locations, three company-owned and 40 franchise-owned, in 18 states and is a member of the International Franchise Association. We are headquartered in West Berlin, NJ.

Adam Biedenbender joined our company in September 2020, and brought a tremendous amount of franchise industry experience to our team. Previously, Adam served as VP Franchise Development for Primo Hoagies, and has held similar positions with Dunkin’ Brands, Re/Max International and Quizno’s. He is an International Franchise Association Certified Franchise Executive and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Adam works closely with our franchise owners on real estate needs and business growth strategies, including benchmarking performance.
