Richardson’s background includes lead development and marketing roles in nonprofit arts and human service organizations in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Auckland, New Zealand; Dayton, Ohio; and Atlanta. She has successfully led the growth and development of programs focused on major donor giving, foundation relations, corporate sponsorship, and cause-related partnerships. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Art History from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and masters degree in Nonprofit Arts Administration from Drexel University.

•ACE is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) that provides loans and business consulting services to help borrowers throughout metro Atlanta and North Georgia.

•We help main street businesses create and grow stable, sustainable businesses that generate jobs.

Who does ACE serve? And where?

•ACE specializes in working with underserved populations, particularly women, minorities and low-income business owners, to help drive economic mobility and build stronger communities.

•Now in our 16th year, ACE has loaned more than $36 million to entrepreneurs, which has created or saved more than 5,200 jobs in Georgia.

•As a nonprofit, ACE relies on operating and program grants and private contributions to support 40 percent of its budget. We are THANKFUL for all of the support we continue to get to help the community.
