David Eads is the founder and CEO of Gro Solutions, which provides sales enablement solutions for the financial services industry. Gro Solutions brings to the market the first solution to support desktop, native and mobile web account opening solutions. David is a frequent industry speaker and a veteran of the mobile banking industry. David was an early employee at mFoundry (now FIS) and Kony. David was also an early employee at Tealeaf Technology (now IBM) and Spectrum EBP (also now FIS). Despite his executive duties, David makes time to write code weekly.

Christina Simms
School of Rock Johns Creek
From an early age, you could find Christina tinkering with her family piano, singing solos, participating in choirs or plays or putting on mini-concerts in her living room. Music and the performing arts have always been a part of her life. From vocals to piano to violin, Christina has tried many traditional routes but has never fully succeeded (in her mind’s eye) to be truly proficient. She is excited to bring Georgia a way for students to not only learn an instrument but to practically apply it and share the fruits of their endeavors with their family and friends. She personally understands the timidness of her students who walk in the door, nervous about performing in public, but looks forward to the transformation of her students into confident, happy and engaged musicians. Like many parents who walk in the School of Rock’s doors, she wishes that this was around when she was a kid. Christina holds an MBA from the University of Colorado – Denver, a BA in Economics and Communications from Bellarmine University. She has a background in professional services marketing and business development. Both her and her co-owner husband Ben have been long-time supporters of the performing arts and are golf enthusiasts. She is the proud momma of 2 little rockers.
